A custom report can be generated for participants from their data at no additional cost. To request custom reports, contact ASR Analytics staff at Analytics@AmericanSpineRegistry.org.
If you are an Authorized User, Patient-reported Outcome Measures (PROMs) Site Administrator, or Surgeon User, you will be given username and password credentials and can log into RegistryInsights. Contact ASR Support at Support@AmericanSpineRegistry.org.
We process the data nightly. Correctly submitted files can be viewed on the platform within 48 hours.

Our Support team provides one-on-one training and walks you through the onboarding process. The American Spine Registry (ASR) is built on technology called RegistryInsights® that allows your site to access all your data. ASR participants have access to two dashboards on RegistryInsights: Institution Dashboards and Surgeon Dashboards. The RegistryInsights platform also offers numerous reports that you can run on your data at any time.
